When purchasing Blockies Animate, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and perpetual license to:

• Use the animations in unlimited personal and commercial projects
• Modify and customize the animations according to your needs
• Distribute the animations as part of your final projects

This license does NOT allow you to resell, redistribute, or sublicense the animations as a standalone product.

You agree NOT to:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the animations
• Create competing products using our animations
• Share your download access with third parties
• Reverse engineer the code for commercial competitive purposes
• Use the animations to create illegal or harmful content

Blockies Animate is offered as a one-time payment of $200 USD. Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment providers.

Refund Policy: We offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the product. To request a refund, contact our support with your transaction ID.

Blockies Animate and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Blockies Animate and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your usage license does not transfer any ownership rights to the animations, only the right to use them according to these terms.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

In no event shall Blockies Animate be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, but your license to use already downloaded animations will remain valid.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after posting on this page.

Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
